Shipping/Return Policies

Shipping:

U. S. orders:  Shipping rates which appear on your order are estimates only.  We will increase or decrease shipping charges which appear on your order to cover the costs of shipping and handling.  Where possible we use priority envelopes for $5.50 (approximately 5 to 7 yards or as allowed by our local post office) or priority boxes for $11.00 (approximately 22 yards).

International orders:  We ship 5 to 7 yards in global priority envelopes for $14.00.  Where possible and necessary we will break up an order and send multiple envelopes.  For larger amounts or odd-sized items, we will e-mail you with our estimate of shipping charges.   We are unable to insure or trace international orders.  Risk of loss is the international customers'.

Returns:

We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item.  Please contact us for details.  Patterns, books and magazines or not returnable.  If you have changed your mind on an item, we will accept a return and deduct a 20% restocking fee only after you have contacted us for approval.  We will not refund shipping costs on these items.  All sales from our clearance categories, or items otherwise reduced from regular retail prices may not be returned.  Fabric which you have washed will not be accepted for return.
