Rates and Reservations

For reservations made after June 1, 2022:
Minimum 6 guests -

• Two night stay $125 per night per guest
• Three night stay $105 per night per guest
• Four nights or more $90 per person per night

If fewer than 6 guests, you pay minimum rate for 6 guests for the number of nights stayed.

A $300 deposit is required to reserve your stay. The deposit will be applied to your total bill at departure.

A refund of the deposit is available if cancellation is made 60 days in advance of your scheduled stay, otherwise, the deposit is nonrefundable. The non-refundable balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.

Check out time is 10:00 a.m. and check in time is 3:00 p.m. There is a $100 fee (per group) for each of late check out and/or early check in.
Late check out and/or early check in depend on availability.
You will receive a 20% discount off purchases at Tennessee Quilts during your stay (some exclusions apply)
